Cunning, ruthless and a genuine conniving bastard... that's Anthony to a T. His main interest is in the collection of secret information about anything and anyone, and blackmailing them with it. He has a tendency for theatrics with this as well, a bit of an eccentric, sending his threats on black stationery and keeping track of them in a black book.
He seems quite friendly on the outside, but this is to prevent suspicion, and to encourage others to let their guard down so that he can figure out their weaknesses.
He believes that discovering the flaws and weaknesses of the enemy can lead to an easier defeat than with guns and other weapons... and he intends to prove it.
History:
Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Anthony had a privileged upbringing. His family was very wealthy, and he was waited upon by a legion of maids and other servants, never wanting for anything. However, he never had very much contact with his parents, his father an apathetic busy politician, and his mother a fiercely independent, globe-trotting businesswoman. He grew up detached, unable to form real relationships with others and seeing them only as playthings that he could manipulate to do what he liked.
As he went through school, he realized that not everyone would do as he said of their own free will... and thus discovered the "art" of blackmail. He soon became addicted to using it, and through it, gained many skills and got back to having people do as he liked.
Anthony excelled in his education and graduated with honours, but surprised everyone when he choose to attend Academy Milizia afterwards. They had all thought he would assume the profession of one or other of his parents, or use his grades towards university as a doctor or lawyer. Instead he applied for the Intelligence branch of the academy to perfect his "art".
Strengths and Abilities:
- Intelligent.
- Excellent at picking up on and noticing things.
- Formulates plans with ease.
- Can write in shorthand.
- Skilled at the art of concealment.
- Charming and personable (though it's a facade).
Faults and Weaknesses:
- Manipulative and deceitful.
- Incapable of having a meaningful relationship.
- Lacks skill with weaponry (believes that blackmail can get him anywhere and doesn't see the use for them).
- Doesn't like to get his hands dirty... or rather, refuses to.
- Somewhat sleep deprived, from staying awake all the time to catch people doing blackmail-worthy things.

Colt 1911 pistol (though he greatly dislikes using it and it is in shabby condition).
